Sebastian's and Julie's choice splits the family and also leads to suspicions on the part of the police. Vendela arranges a meeting with her past while Lukas is afraid that he is too late with Lilja.

The knowledge that someone has been murdered creates both fear and suspicion in Saltsjövik. It also makes the relationship between Julie and Sebastian increasingly complicated.

Vendela has to make a heartbreaking decision and a pushy businessman makes Aksel nervous as he seems to be privy to sensitive information. The police find a suspect.

Gabrielle is questioned by the police regarding the find in her apartment and Julie turns to Sebastian for help in finding the man in the photo. Marianne tells the truth.

Another terrible discovery is made and the people of Saltsjövik are both shocked and worried. Aksel tries to support Julia, but his own problems create further threats.

Shirin's sudden news makes Sebastian rethink his relationship with Julie. A heated argument between Sebastian and Werner leads to major consequences and Werner makes Tone an offer.

Lukas tries to reach a frightened Lilja who Jens managed to threaten into silence, which leads to Lukas asking Oscar for a favor. Tone is forced to put a desperate plan into action.

In the hospital, Aksel wakes up with Julie by his side, while Rebecka tries to assert her innocence in what happened to the police. Lilja is relieved that Jens seems to have disappeared.
